📋 Lesson flow Proceed according to the basic heart rate bell curve structure. 1. Warm-up → Sequence using all joints and muscles of the body. 2. Cool-down 3. Final relaxation with a head massage based on Shirodhara theory to balance the parasympathetic nervous system and guide you into deep meditation through Savasana
